New Resident Menus!

Our Dietician Roberta "Bobby" Jackson and Food Services Supervisor, Rod Gordon, are happy to announce the launch of our new resident menus!
Goals for the menu include: inclusion of resident favorite foods and recipes, incorporation of more made-from-scratch recipes, and more specialty sandwiches instead of standard. The new menus will be on a week 1-4 rotation for the summer. Menus have been posted in all House Dining Halls.
Please share any feedback as we work on the fall rotations.
